It’s really over this time. Our final day of study, a special service in the Cathedral and last dinner in Hall. It began with a service in the Latin Chapel of Christ Church Cathedral.
We laid pieces of rosemary on the shrine of St Frideswide, a Saxon princess and healer who became the Patron Saint of Oxford.
In the Cathedral, formerly the site of St Frideswide Abbey, various representations of Frideswide can be found.
Then on to dinner in Hall.
And then the presentation of our certificates.
What a wonderful way to end what seems to me to be a special and enriching time. Congratulations Ian, well done!
The menu looks great and the surroundings are just divine – you have earned all this congratulations
