My tour of Lisbon by tuk-tuk was a challenge. I was facing backwards so I missed most of the ‘sights’. I had to hang on for grim death because of the cobbled and steep streets , complete with tram tracks. I certainly could not have walked this route.

Between ensuring that my phone didn’t fall out of my pocket and that I didn’t fall out of the tuk-tuk, there was no way I could have taken a photo of what we had already passed by. Fortunately there were a couple of stops for photos and food.

Once on flat ground we were able to visit

For their famous ‘Pastéis de Nata’ (Portuguese tarts). Delicious!

Subsequently we stopped at a wine shop to taste some Portuguese wine,

Then back to our ship.
