My final day was sunny and everyone was out – everyone. We walked down to the city centre and the waterfront for a pre-dinner drink (or two),
Everyone was making the most of the sunshine which until it set.
We chose at a unique restaurant for dinner – located in csipping containers – Gambas, it is aSpanish tapas restaurant focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients, sourced largely from Spain.
Farewell Bristol till next time I visit.
