This is the beautiful church where Jenny’s sister, the Reverend Miriam Mugan, is vicar.
This morning I attended an informal kids’ service at 9.45am. They made me very welcome.
Afterwards I had a great chat over coffee with some of the parishioners. Miriam was celebrating her 20th anniversary of ordination, and there was cake.
Oops, the auto spell has changed Miriam’s surname. Should be Mugan. It is great to see the photos and that you could be there Ian for Miriam’s special day. You always seem to know when there will be cake!
Have a safe journey home, we are all looking forward to hearing about your trip. Jenny
Certainly a beautiful church and great that you could be there for Miriam’s special anniversary. Safe home
We saw Miriams cake on facebook, sent by Jenny. Nice and approriate, although I did wonder
who Miriam was until I made the correct deduction.
What a beautiful church and well looked after inside and out. It’s wonderful that you could be there Ian, and I add my warm wishes to all those who responded. It’s terrific when something as important as 20 years service can be marked by people who are close to Jenny. Your journey Ian has had many parts to it, and this is a special one for us.
