Settling in

Across the gardens and tennis courts in the Centre of my crescent, Cartwright Gardens, is a new residential building for the University of London – One Cartwright Gardens. Lovely to see real masonry work instead of preform concrete.

On my side of the park, life remains the same. I have a very nice basement flat for this stay. Bit difficult getting and the luggage down in one trip, as the stairs are steep, but it’s worth it when you get there.

Sorting through all my train tickets in anticipation of journeys around England is a joy. Let’s hope all the train connections match up.

Essential to any ecclesiastical trip to London is a walk down the stairway to heaven.

Ecclesial haberdashery at its finest. After a three hour visit I am dreading the costing when they come through.
