Of course I got stopped by immigration at Tel Aviv airport and taken to the dunces’s room so that my passport could be ‘checked’. I had priority baggage tags and everything. Fortunately they were quite quick and very friendly (not like those Aussie border patrol people you see on TV), and they wished me a great stay, so no foul really. I was still the first (of 13 SCP members on my plane) to get through customs and meet our tour contact.
Then it was on to Jerusalem by coach. And what a venue we have – very smart.
The venue – The Pontifical Institute of Notre Dame of Jerusalem Centre.
